Turkish Presidency Of G-20
The Turkish presidency of G-20 kicked off on 1 December 2014. There are three priorities for the Turkish presidency’s G-20 agenda: strengthening the global recovery and lifting the potential; enhancing resilience; buttressing sustainability.
The first G20 Finance and Central Bank Deputies Meeting under the Turkish G20 Presidency was held on December 11-12, 2014, in Istanbul, Turkey.
G20 Sherpas held their first meeting under the Turkish Presidency of the G20 in Istanbul on 15-16 December 2014.
Throughout the year 2015, G-20 Finance Ministers and Sherpas will meet four times at various venues. The Leaders’ Summit will be held in Antalya on November 15-16, 2015. In addition to the regular meetings of the G20, some other Ministerial meetings will be convened on various topics throughout the year.
